CAT provides a complete turn-key solution, which includes an inmate telephone communication system with inmate phones, (iCATS  “inmate Controlled Access Telephone System”), on-site visitation phones, inmate video visitation provided via tablets and via in-pod kiosks, and a detention kiosk package which includes booking/intake, lobby, and in-dorm kiosks. iCATS is directly interfaced with a suite of continuous voice identification investigative tools that includes voice biometrics, word search, reverse number lookup, voice to text translation for over 40 languages, data mining analytical software, and three-factor authentication (PIN, Voice, and Facial Recognition) prior to an offender’s release from the facility. Our tablets provide inmate communications (telephone dialer, video visitation, and electronic messaging), entertainment (radio, games, and e-books), and facility services such as commissary ordering.
