Prepaid Collect Service
Prepaid Collect Service allows you to receive inmate calls to your specific phone number.
There are no monthly spending limits and calls can be completed to cell phones, internet phone services, or other services which do not provide traditional collect billing.
Debit Calling Service
Debit Calling Service can be used by the inmate to call any number approved by their facility.
*Note that once purchased, Debit services belong to the inmates and can only be refunded to them. There is no fee for debit refunds to inmates.
Inmate Voicemail is available at selected facilities using the same Prepaid Collect accounts used to receive phone calls. Voicemails may only be sent from called parties to inmates – inmates may not leave voicemails for called parties.
*Called parties use the same Prepaid Collect/Debit account used to receive inmate telephone calls.
*To send an inmate Voicemail, call (866) 800-2802 and follow the system prompts.
Purchase at Walmart; $3.00 to activate card at register; can be reloaded at Walmart for a fee of $3.00; Monthly service fee of $3.00.
Purchase at most retail stores; $4.95 to activate card at register; can be reloaded at register for fee of $4.95; Monthly service fee of $5.95.
Note: If you accept a call from an inmate and have not already established a Prepaid Collect Service, you will receive one complimentary 90-second call, and then be automatically routed to a customer service agent.
Note: Debit services can be purchased directly by the inmate using funds from his/her trust or commissary account by clicking here.
