Prepaid Collect Service
Prepaid Collect Service allows inmates to make prepaid collect calls to specific phone numbers associated with the prepaid account set up by family and friends.

There are no monthly spending limits and calls can be completed to cell phones, internet phone services or other services which do not provide traditional collect billing.

Debit Service
Debit Service calling can be used by the inmate to call any number approved by their facility.

Inmate Voicemail
Inmate voicemail is available using the same Prepaid Collect account used to make phone calls. Voicemails may only be sent from called parties to inmates – inmates may not leave voicemails for called parties.

Voicemails are billed at the same rate as inmate telephone calls.

BluHorse Data Migration

Data in the existing jail management system will be imported into the BluHorse JMS system. As much data as possible will be migrated. Current data storage structure and data integrity relationships may not allow some portions of the data to be converted. Once the data is converted it will be placed onto a web server where the facility can review and accept the data migration results prior to the final import.
